The fermentation of the flower must was carried out at low temperature, after a skin maceration where the must is in contact with the skins to obtain greater aromas, completing its vinification with aging on fine lees for 90 days, to increase its glyceric content. that will leave us with an unctuous and elegant wine in aromas.
Color: Bright straw yellow color with green reflections.
Nose: Very personal nose with aromas of banana, apples and wild flowers.Fine and elegant aroma of fresh fruit such as sour apple and pineapple, floral memories of orange blossom, ending with a citrus finish that refreshes and personalizes the variety.
Mouth: Smooth, glyceric, broad and unctuous touch, fresh acidity, saline, rich aftertaste and long finish. Surprising acidity/alcohol balance that will evolve with its stay in the bottle, helping to give it unctuousness and body. Intense aftertaste and where citrus memories are winners.
