Vallehondo Crianza
Vallehondo means being different at lunch or dinner. A different wine to what we are used to in other Denominations of Origin. Its proximity to the coast provides a freshness without ceasing to be a red wine, so it can perfectly accompany the Jabugo ham dish that you are already imagining or one of our Bocados de Huelva cheeses.
If you want to know different wines and be the one to recommend the wine from now on, try this Vallehondo.
It comes from a vineyard planted in the early 1980s. The age of the vineyard (30 years), the terroir where it lives, and the climatic conditions of our region, favor achieving a perfect expression. Once the fermentations are finished, the wine will finish its rounding in French oak, followed by aging in the bottle for 6 months to finish taming.
Variety: Syrah.
