Flor de Edalo
Flor de Edalo is a wine made in equal parts of muscat and salamander that comes from Rociana del Condado, in the province of our beloved Huelva. Each variety is vinified separately. Work is being done to achieve a totally dry muscatel and the fermentation of the salamander is cut cold to maintain the desired concentration of natural sugar and an alcohol content that does not exceed 10.5% vol.
A little plate of prawns, a couple of glasses of this very cold wine and an Iberian ham from Jabugo, is there a better plan?
Fusion of native vines and varieties, salami and Muscat of Alexandria. Reflection of an eternal spring that keeps Doñana.
Variety: 50% Zalema and 50% Moscatel.
CATA'S NOTES
