    Flor de Edalo

    Tax included

Flor de Edalo is a wine made in equal parts of muscat and salamander that comes from Rociana del Condado, in the province of our beloved Huelva. Each variety is vinified separately. Work is being done to achieve a totally dry muscatel and the fermentation of the salamander is cut cold to maintain the desired concentration of natural sugar and an alcohol content that does not exceed 10.5% vol.

A little plate of prawns, a couple of glasses of this very cold wine and an Iberian ham from Jabugo, is there a better plan?

Fusion of native vines and varieties, salami and Muscat of Alexandria. Reflection of an eternal spring that keeps Doñana.

Variety: 50% Zalema and 50% Moscatel.

Color: Gives off intensity of citrus and floral aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, jasmine and orange blossom. Notes of fruit salad with very ripe peach.

Nose: Very personal nose with aromas of banana, apples and wild flowers.

Mouth: Sweet entry that is quickly balanced with a very fresh acidity that gives it that young and fun character, spring. Candied citrus fruits, green apple and white flowers are noted again. Medium persistence and clean finish that invites you to finish the bottle.

Pairing: Perfect companion for appetizers, salads, seafood, rice dishes, foie gras or cheeses, Mexican and slightly spicy food, Peruvian and Asian cuisine.

    Serve at 6-8º C.

    Volume: 75cl.

    Alcohol Content: 10,5%

Muy bueno, para tomar bien fresquito, un vino que nos ha gustado a todos. Volveremos a pedir.
