The 50% Iberian shoulder comes from pigs fed exclusively with acorns from the Sierra de Huelva with 50% Iberian breed, so we managed to lower its price without affecting quality.
Within the categories that an Iberian shoulder can obtain we find the black D.O (maximum quality), the black, the red, the green and the white. In this case we are talking about a red label, the highest quality of a 50% Iberian shoulder.
Our shoulders come from selected Iberian pigs, and are subjected to a process of salting, drying and maturing under the strictest quality controls.
Remember that we can always serve you the whole piece or sliced by hand and vacuum packed in envelopes of 100 or 200 grams. If we slice it, we will send all the tacos and ham bones so that you can take advantage of our pigs until they walk.
Of course, if you prefer that we cut it, we will contact you once we receive the order to be able to indicate the waiting time until we can send it to you since each ham is cut individually and in a totally artisanal way.
Remember that the ham as a whole piece must be in a cool and dry place away from the sun until you open it and place it in the ham holder. Once opened it will not have an expiration date but the recommended time for consumption is one month since the longer it is open, the more flavor it can lose or dry out and lose properties.
