The Cinco Jotas Shoulder preserves the flavor, aroma and pink, red and ocher nuances of the shoulder cut by hand in the traditional way.

The 80-gram packets are designed to be able to offer a complete Iberian shoulder plate.

Red label: 50% Iberian Shoulder or 75% Iberico de Bellota. He is a descendant of a 100% Iberian pig and a Duroc pig, fed on acorns and having enjoyed the countryside. One of the best choices within the best Iberian hams.

Green label: 50% Iberian Shoulder Cebo Campo. It is 50% Iberian, has been fed high quality feed and has enjoyed the countryside, its streams and its fruits. This aging gives the ham a very special flavor and makes it one of the best quality/price options.

White label: 50% Iberian Cebo Shoulder. His breed is 50% Iberian, he has been fed with high quality feed although he has not been in the field. In Bocados de Huelva we do not usually have this classification but we can have them at the request of our clients.
