SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

You will receive your products, in general, 24 hours after placing your order through our logistics providers.

To guarantee the freshness of the product, our logistics provider, if it is refrigerated, makes deliveries in the morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., keep this in mind to be able to pick up the package.

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be processed and prepared the following day. In other words, if you place an order on a Monday at 6:00 p.m., we will process it on Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday, if it is seafood, in the morning. In the case of Iberian or other products, it will depend on the processing time. In case of needing more than one day of elaboration, we will confirm it when receiving the order. Keep in mind that, during payment, you can choose the date of receipt of the order. The transport company does not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or National or Local Holidays.

Shipments are made on business days from Monday to Friday, so if you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or holiday, the shipment will be made on the first business day after receipt. Your reception will be from Tuesday to Saturday.

At Bocados de Huelva we prepare the product that is going to be sent after your order has been received and thus, we guarantee maximum freshness. This process may mean that the requested product is not available at the time necessary to make the shipment.

Cases for which we could not supply the requested gender:

- Natural causes: storms, tides ... that prevent the arrival of the necessary product to our markets.

- Shortage of the species: In some species, the shortage of it, either continuously or temporarily during some time of the year, can cause non-availability at the desired time to place the order.

- Quality: If the product available at that time is considered not to have a quality consistent with the product purchased, it will NEVER be sent. We select exclusively the best for our clients.

In any of these cases, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible, trying to find the solution that suits you best, taking into account that you will always have the right to a refund of the amount of the product that cannot be served as well as shipping costs if applicable.

Bocados de Huelva guarantees the freshness and quality of all its products. Therefore, if the product does not comply with what was agreed in the order or there is an incident that prevents its consumption, the customer will have a period of 24 hours from receipt of the order to communicate the detected incident, clearly and in detail stating the reasons for its non-conformity accompanying the evidence available. In any case, since they are short-term consumer products, the customer's right of withdrawal will not be considered once the order has been placed.

If in any case the return is accepted by Bocados de Huelva, the order will be returned through the courier indicated by Bocados de Huelva under the same delivery conditions. If a product other than the one requested by the client was delivered by mistake from Bocados de Huelva, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer or the amount paid will be paid, according to the client's preference. Likewise, in the event of any delay in receiving the order or loss of shipment, Bocados de Huelva will deliver an order with similar characteristics at no cost or the amount paid by the customer will be paid.

Return Policy for Hams and Ham Shoulders

Iberian hams and shoulders sent in whole pieces may be returned if less than 7 days have passed since receipt, the product, when opened, does not meet the expected conditions for the selected quality and less than 85% of the product has been consumed. weight marked on the label.

The hand-cut Iberian hams and shoulders are inspected at the time of cutting by professionals who guarantee the good condition of the product.

Art. 123 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) that establishes a period to respond to the lack of conformity from its delivery nor the period in which the consumer must report the lack of conformity since they are both periods shorter than normal consumption of these products and because the Holder cannot verify that the reason is not due to incorrect use by the consumer.

According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of March 16 November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to (among others):

d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

In relation to this section with the User's request, the User gives his prior express consent with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

According to art. 116 of the (TRLGDCU) on the conformity of the products with the contract, it is stated that: 1) Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below: a) They conform to the description made by the seller and possess the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model. b) Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended. c) They present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product (…) In any case, we indicate that the photos of products shown may vary in terms of sizes, color, appearance, etc. .. in a normal way as they are natural and non-manufactured products. The purpose of the photographs will be the orientation for the consumer or suggestions for presentation, without assuming in any case contractual images.

NATIONAL SEAFOOD SHIPMENTS

Your prawns, carabineros, crawfish, etc. You will receive them, in general, 24 hours after placing your order through our refrigerated logistics provider. The seafood will go inside a special isothermal box together with some cold accumulators that, added to the best cold delivery service, you will be able to enjoy your order as if it were freshly caught.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be received within 48 hours. In other words, if you place an order on a Monday at 6:00 p.m., you will receive it on Wednesday morning. You can also choose the delivery date during your order, keeping in mind that we cannot deliver on Mondays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipments are made on business days from Tuesday to Friday, so if you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or holiday, the shipment will be made on the first business day after receipt. Your reception will be from Tuesday to Saturday.

In case of requesting raw seafood, the product will arrive fresh to guarantee its best quality and optimal state for consumption. Once received you can freeze them or prepare them for consumption directly.

We recommend storing cooked seafood in the fridge for consumption within 2 to 3 days.

When you receive it you must remove the wrapper and we recommend that you cover it with a damp cloth and store it in the refrigerator until the time it is to be consumed.

In order to guarantee the quality of our products, for now, we can only send Seafood to the Peninsula.

NATIONAL IBERIAN SHIPMENTS

You will receive your Iberian products, in general, 24 to 48 hours after placing your order through our logistics provider.

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be received within 48 hours. In other words, if you place an order on a Monday at 6:00 p.m., you will receive it on Wednesday morning. You can also choose the delivery date during your order, keeping in mind that we cannot deliver on Mondays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipments are made on business days from Monday to Friday, so if you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or holiday, the shipment will be made on the first business day after receipt. Your reception will be from Tuesday to Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF SEAFOOD

Bocados de Huelva guarantees the best quality of its products from its preparation to your consumption. For this reason we cannot ship seafood internationally since shipping times could pose a risk of loss of product quality.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF IBERIAN

We will send your Iberian products the day after receiving the order and, in general, the shipment will take 48 to 72 hours to receive it.

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be made the next business day after receiving your order.

Shipments are made on business days from Monday to Friday, so if you place an order on a Friday after 4:00 p.m., on a Saturday or a holiday, the shipment will be made on the first business day after receipt. Your reception will be from Tuesday to Friday.
