    Aged Sheep Cheese

    Aged sheep cheese in different formats: 250 gram wedge, 1.5 Kg Half Cheese or 1 Whole Cheese of approximately 3 Kg.

    This is a cheese made from pasteurized sheep's milk, its curing is based on a minimum maturation of 6 months and its appearance is the intense yellow, characteristic of sheep's milk.

    A perfect appetizer to accompany a small plate of Iberian ham, although on its own it also dares to be the protagonist. Can you imagine a little aged sheep's cheese with some walnuts and any wine from Condado de Huelva?


    We offer you to buy a wedge of 250 grams, half a cheese weighing approximately 1.5 Kg or the whole cheese that is usually around 3Kg.

    In this way you can take home the amount that can best suit your consumption, preventing it from drying out or losing flavor.

    We make aged sheep's cheese with pasteurized sheep's milk from the Sierra de Huelva and it delights our entire province. Haven't you tried it yet?

    We recommend keeping it between 10 and 12ºC but to consume it it is better to have a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. So you can fully enjoy its flavor
